In his talk “Moving FM into the strategic property lifecycle” Matt White, Head of Facilities Management – Central at Sainsbury’s Supermarkets, will detail how Sainsbury’s relocated its Facilities Management from its central retail division into its property division.
Over the course of the past year, the company has developed FM to feed into the property lifecycle and begin to unlock the effective management of our properties through a more collaborative approach.
