ABM UK has won a three-year contract to provide The Centre, Livingstone, with a wide range of facilities management services.
The Centre, which is managed by global real estate services provider Savills, is the 25th largest shopping centre in the UK, divided into five different zones: Elements Square, Wintergreen, The Avenue, Almondvale Walk and Almondvale Place.
The new contract will see ABM UK provide socialist staff covering cleaning, security, customer services and management throughout the premises.
ABM UK is no stranger at supplying facilities management services to Savills, having already secured the contracts at 36 other properties managed by the company including: Fosse Shopping Park in Leicester, Eden shopping centre in High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire and The Liberty Shopping Centre in Romford, East London.
Jenna Pollock, ABM UK’s commercial manager for Scotland, said: “Everyone at ABM UK is delighted to be working with such an established and prestigious retail centre. Our approach for the contract is based on a strong commitment to further develop and train our on-site team, while focusing on enhancing the customer journey.”
Patrick Robbertze, director of The Centre, added: “We are looking forward to establishing a strong working relationship with all of ABM UK’s dedicated on-site team.”
