REVEALED: The most in-demand FM solutions for 2024/25

Building Maintenance (Reactive), Air Conditioning and Fire Safety are topping the list of solutions the UK’s FM professionals are sourcing in 2024/25, according to our exclusive research.

The findings have been revealed in the run up to the second Facilities Management Forum of the year, which takes place on July 1st & 2nd in Manchester.

FM professionals registering to attend are asked which solutions they needed to invest in during 2024/25 and beyond.

Building Maintenance (Planned) and Lift Installation/Maintenance rounded out the Top 5.

The list has changed slightly since January this year, when Building Maintenance (Reactive), Health & Safety and Air Conditioning topped the rankings.
