The findings have been revealed in the run up to the second Facilities Management Forum of the year, which takes place on June 23rd & 24th in Manchester.
FM professionals registering to attend are asked which solutions they needed to invest in during 2025 and beyond.
Building Refurbishment (Internal) and Building Refurbishment (External) rounded out the Top 5.
The list has changed slightly since January when Building Maintenance (Reactive), Fire Safety and Health & Safety topped the list.
