The findings have been revealed in the run up to the first Facilities Management Forum of the year, which takes place on January 27th & 28th in London.
FM professionals registering to attend are asked which solutions they needed to invest in during 2025 and beyond.
Building Maintenance (Planned) and Energy Management rounded out the Top 5.
The list has changed slightly since June last year, when Building Maintenance (Reactive), Air Conditioning and Fire Safety topped the list.
