Who are Caiger & Co?
Caiger & Co launched in 2012, with the aim of being London’s only truly bespoke event caterers. Seven years ago after training at Leiths School of Food and Wine, Alix Caiger’s passion has grown the business, and her creativity and talent as a chef has shaped the kitchen for which they are known. The personalised event experience allows them to curate, innovate & design unique experiences, bringing something new to the table. ‘Our ethos means that as well as having a sustainable system from the kitchen to the event, we also reflect that social thinking into our social enterprise commitments.
